Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands). International shipping is not available yet.

Cost

Delivery is free on every UK order, no minimum spend.

Speed

Orders placed before 3pm on a UK working day are dispatched the same day. Most orders arrive in 2–3 working days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on the way.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 working days, please email hello@swiss-brush.com with your order number and we'll open an enquiry with Royal Mail. If a parcel is officially lost in transit we will resend it free of charge or fully refund you, whichever you prefer.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a re-send at the original (free) shipping rate.
